Today we are looking at the Siphon or Vacuum Pot brewing method. This brewing
method can be a littlechallengingand have a lot of factors that can effect the
final cup. If you have ever considered the siphon as a brewing method option I
would only suggest it for those highly invested who want to take their coffee
brewing to the next level (Plus you can impress your friends when they come over
for dinner.).

Heating Element: Butane Burner

Filter: Melitta #4

Scale:OXO Scale

Grinder:Rancilio Rocky

Kettle:BUONO


Preparation

Rocky Grinder Setting: 35
Coffee: 26 grams
Water: 375 grams
Temp: 200 degrees (I think)
Water Immersion: 35 Seconds
